Trent is the Co-Owner and Operator of FM Land Holdings, LLC. Trent graduated from Ohio State University in 2011 with a degree in Marketing. He worked in the marketing field for 8 years before switching over to real estate full time. Having always been interested in real estate, he jumped at the opportunity to partner with Mike on this business when the two met playing pickup basketball. 

 

Trent has loved calling Austin home for the past 6 years. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Randi, son Riley, daughter Eloise and his dog Wilson. He also enjoys playing pickup basketball, hiking, golfing, traveling, listening to live music and having drinks with friends.

Mike is the Co-Owner and Operator of FM Land Holdings, LLC. Mike has been a full-time real estate investor for 17 years and a former high school math teacher and basketball coach for 12 years. He grew up in Wills Point, TX and currently lives in Austin, TX. Mike graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991. While at UT, he worked as a student manager for the men’s basketball team and waiter for the County Line on the Lake. 

 

Mike and his wife have two adult sons and are active members of Austin Ridge Bible Church.  For fun, Mike enjoys basketball, tennis, reading, and hanging out with family and friends on Lake Travis and the Frio River.

Joe is the Director of Acquisitions at FM Land Holdings. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2019 with degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and moved to Austin immediately after to begin his career in technology sales. After a few years of working in technology he realized that his heart lies in the real estate realm, and jumped at the opportunity to join the FM Land Holdings team. 

 

Joe has lived in Texas for the last 20 years, and currently lives in Austin. Outside of work he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, skiing, playing basketball, hiking, and exploring Austin’s food scene. 

Rebecca Haines is the Administrative Manager at FM Land Holdings, LLC. Her career trajectory is a testament to her hard work and perseverance. She started as a part-time teller her senior year of high school, but determination saw her rise through the ranks to become a commercial lending assistant. Rebecca's recent transition from banking to real estate marks an exciting new chapter in her career.

 

A proud native Texan, Rebecca has cherished the Texas Hill Country as her home for 35 years. Outside of her professional endeavors, Rebecca enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband and three children. She is passionate about outdoor activities, including hiking and exercising, spending quality time with family and friends, and has a keen appreciation for live music.
